Nostradamus,Doctor1

In 1529, October 23, Michel of Notredame admits himself at the famous Faculty of medicine of Montpellier.
Registers of the time were preserved there and one can read again today, with a  respectful curiosity, the enrollment and the signature of the student of Saint-Remy, right after the one of a Ludovicus Durandus:

Ego2 Michaletus de nostra domina, nations provintie vile sancli Remigii3, Avinion. dyocesis, veni in han4 universitatem montis pessulany studere dy5 gratia in actu et promito me observât.6 jura et statuta et priviligia édita et edenda ; sorluy7 jura ejusdem et eligo unm8 patrum ut pote9 dominum Antonium Romerium, dye XXIII mensis octobris, 1529, millesimo quingentesimo visesimo nono die, ut supra 1529.
Translation:
« Michelet10 of Notredame, of the nation of Provence, of the city of Saint-Remy, of the diocese of Avignon, came to study at the university of Montpellier, of which he swears to uphold the statutes, rights and privileges, present and to come. He paid his rights of enrollment and he chooses Antoine Romier as patron, October 23, 1529. »

Additional Note:

Probably  in order to intensify a little the academic glory of Nostradamus, GUYNAUD, and ASTRUC,11 and others, assured that he would have been received professor, by acclamation of his peers.

No one up to now was able to historically provide the proof of this.

Annotations:
(1) Taken from "Nostradamus, his origins, his life, his work, by Dr Edgar Leroy (Bergerac 1972)
(2) After the word 'ego', Michel wrote and scratched the first letters of Petras (Pet); must we consider this calami slip (lapsus) to be about the memory of the famous ancestor Pelrus de Nostra Domina? Who  knows?
(3) New slip (lapsus): Reg. scratched, preceding Remigii
(4) Han for Liane
(5) For Dei
(6) For observaturiim
(7) Reading doubtful: for soîui, "did I acquit"?
(8) For unum
(9) Reading doubtful.
(10) One should notice here how Nostradamus uses for his forename, the formative of the diminutive, in use in his country as in his: Gasson, Gassonet; Anaud, Arnauton; Pierre, Peyrol, ; Jacques, Jaumet
